Dear (ex-) users and survivors of psychiatry! ENUSP is planning to submit a Shadow report on the EU’s implementation of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD), and we welcome your input before 1 June 2015.
ENUSP is interested in hearing about your experiences and receiving evidence you have from EU Member States (such as data, statistics, testimony, cases at law, media articles, violations, extreme cases, etc.) that illustrate the EU’s performance in implementing the CRPD. We would also be happy to receive your recommendations on how to ensure compliance with the CRPD in your country.
In order to add your information to the Shadow report of ENUSP, please use our questionnaire. Remember, that you don’t have to answer all the questions. Please feel free to give us your input on only one or just a few of them based on the situation in your country. We greatly appreciate any and all contributions you can make to best reflect the current situation of persons with psychosocial disabilities in the EU in light of the articles of the CRPD.
